NOTE: In the following terms and agreements, "we" or "us" or "out" refers to the provider of the products from H&H Enterprises; MainBeams.com or it's affiliates while "you" or "your" refers to anyone who purchases our products.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

H&H Enterpirses or any of it's affiliates including MainBeams.com shall not be held responsible for any claimed damages, includiing incidental and consequential damages which may arise from the purchase of any products or from the contruction of any products offered. Furthermore, H&H Enterpises, MainBeams.com or any of it's affiliates, assumes no responsibility for damage to injuries which may result from the use or installation of any of it's products, whether or not properly installed or used.

All complaints or concerns will be investigated as soon as possible.

TERMS:

All orders are shipped after receipt of cashier's check/money order, through PayPal or personal check (made payable to H&H Enterprises). Products will be shpped upon your check clearing the bank. For customer convenience, products may be purchased through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. A deposit is required for any special orders. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders.

PRICES:

Prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNED SHIPPMENTS:

No merchandise shall be returned to us without prior notice and a return authorization number issued by us. All returned merchandise must be sent pre-paid and insured. If upon inspection, we find the merchandise to be in good and unused condition, we will issue a credit or refund. All returns may be subject to a restocking charge.

PRODUCT CHANGES:

We reserve the right to discontinue and product(s) as considered necessary. We also retain the right to make changes in design, construction or specifications of any product(s) we manufacture at any time without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in product(s) previously sold.

BACKORDERS:

Items temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when avaialbe, unless otherwise indicated. If there should be any reson for you to cancel your backorder, please inform us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS:

Upon inspection of the returned merchandise and proof of purchase, we will refund the amount of the merchandise only, less any restocking fees. No freight charges will be reimbursed. All special order sales on any products are final.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:

Your privacy is very important to us. H&H Enterprises, MainBeams.com or it's affiliates will not sell, rent or share any customer information with any other 3rd party firms without your previous knowledge and approval.
